This is my progress so far, I’m yet to give up and hit my goal of 55kgs or under. Actually the scale doesn’t bother me, it’s more the confidence I’ll feel once I see the final touches and changes to my body.
It’s not a temporary thing, it’s a lifestyle change.
I’ve lost 40lbs in 8 months. Only 5lbs away from my goal range. Soon I’m going to start focusing on building muscle mass, but right now I’m a little fixated on losing that last 5 lol. I’ve always been healthy about my weight loss. I struggle with staying active but I’m usually good about my eating habits. Losing weight hasn’t solved all of my problems. But I wake up much happier and I walk around confident now. If you want to know more just ask :) I’m 5’9”. - ihaveaskinnydream
