Turkey and Pea Risotto
Last week, I made a huge pot of this Turkey and Pea Risotto from the blog Coconut & Lime. I found the recipe on Pinterest—and I get so excited when Pinterest recipes/projects actually turn out well! This risotto is so good—and it’s lasted for days! I used Trader Joe’s turkey breast, so the turkey was still moist and flavorful. I didn’t use Gouda, like the recipe called for, and only used a handful of Parmesan cheese—but it’s still so tasty and creamy, without any cream or milk!
Overall, this is delicious and I would definitely recommend making it!
