I am learning, little by little, how important it is to let go of what doesn’t serve you. We say this all the time in yoga classes, don’t we? But how often do we truly allow ourselves to do this? More often than not, we dwell on things that upset us. Things we have no more control over than we do the weather. I’m starting to find out how liberating it can be when you make the conscious decision to remove yourself from all of that and surround yourself with people who love you, who support and encourage you and leave behind those that would rather drag you down.
