Yesterday (left pic) I felt awful. I felt fat and told myself I need to stop eating pizza and cookies everyday. I heard the ED voices again who told me to stop eating, to throw up, to lose weight.
I didn’t listen. I ate dinner, I calmed myself down and went to bed.
Woke up like this (right pic). Good I didn’t listen.
Bloating happens. There’s no need to freak out after two or three days of unhealthy eating. You’re fine.
