For the days I wake up and feel like all this work hasn’t made a difference, I was wrong. Sometimes you just have to put it into perspective. I may still have 18 lbs to go, I may not fit into all my pre-pregnancy clothes yet, but DAMN have I come a long way! I need to remember to be proud of that next time I want to fat-shame myself. This progress was a combination of programs, I started with the 30 Day Shred to get back into shape after having my second child, then I did Jogging June where I worked on my cardio stamina for a full month, and right now I am starting my third week of Focus T25 and I love it so far!

I was telling some of my students last night (especially the ones somehow even smaller than I am, including two very badass ladies) to look this performance up cuz it is legit inspiring.
There were like FOUR places where her height required her to JUMP when taller competitors could REACH. So cool.
I just watched this last night, and she is incredible. 5’ tall, 100# flat and she beasts through the course even making it up the ramp in one run. She’s positively epic. Makes me want to look into freerunning clubs around here.
